Bearing the Unbearable
You Don’t Have to Do It Alone
Embark on a 6-Month Healing Journey with Jennifer Hacker
Your personal Grief Companion, so you can share your grief… no more awkward silence.

Does it feel like you’re just existing… and wondering what you’re supposed to be doing with your life?
There are days you can smile and connect with others, but then there are days when even getting out of bed feels impossible.
You try to explain, but people don’t seem to understand. Even if some of them don’t say it out loud, friends and family wonder, “Aren’t you better yet?” as if grief comes with an expiration date.
The world keeps spinning, but you’re stuck—numb, empty, and like you’ve lost your direction and purpose.
I understand. I’ve been there...

If this sounds familiar, you are not alone.
“I’m tired of pretending I’m okay to make everyone else feel better.”
“Why does everything feel like a chore?”
“It’s been years, and I still feel stuck—what’s wrong with me?”
“I want to talk about him, but it makes people uncomfortable.”
Grief isn’t something you “get over.” It’s something you must learn to live with—and healing isn’t about forgetting. It’s about being able to remember with a smile instead of feeling a knife in the heart.
The truth? Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.
Imagine if…

Why Trust Me as Your Guide?
Hi, I’m Jennifer …
I’m a Certified Life Coach and Grief Specialist. In 2003, my world shattered when my infant son went down for a nap at the babysitter’s house and never woke up. I thought I’d never be happy again.
I tried everything—therapy, support groups, journaling—but healing from a devastating loss doesn’t happen quickly or easily. For years, I carried the pain in silence, pretending I was okay.
It wasn’t until 17 years later that I had a breakthrough—finally learning how to honor my grief instead of running, hiding, and fearing being consumed by it. That’s when I knew I had to help others navigate this journey.
With my professional training and life experience, I’m here to walk with you through the hardest days and guide you toward healing—at your pace, on your terms.

Thinking about doing something to feel better might feel conflicting …
Maybe you don’t want to feel better because…
- If you feel better, it means you’re forgetting your loved one.
- It makes you feel guilty.
- Holding on to the pain is the only way to stay connected to your loved one.
It’s perfectly understandable to feel ALL these things.
But, it’s important to note…
- You can feel better AND remember.
- Your connection with your loved one will not be lost as you heal.
There’s someone out there (probably lots more than one) who loves you and wants you to feel better … Who wants you to muster up a little bit of courage and take a small step so you can start healing. If you won’t do it for yourself, will you do it for that someone who loves you?

Grief doesn’t wait for the “perfect” time and you may never feel “ready”—healing takes intentional effort. If you’re waiting for life to slow down or for the pain to fade on its own, you may end up waiting a long time. Don’t let another year go by feeling stuck and alone.

You are not alone in this. Healing takes time, but together, we’ll make sure you get there.
Start today and take the first step toward hope, purpose, and joy.
