  • After reading far too many books on grief and healing that left me no closer to any form of peace, From Gutted to Glorious freed me to see the loss of my son and my decades-long marriage in a different light. Working through the 6 G’s is a pathway to living and thriving.

    – Samantha Kriegel, ICF Certified Life Coach
  • This book provides a new approach to living with and growing from the forever-walk of grief. If you’ve read virtually all the other approaches and found little solace or comfort, there are truths in these pages that will resonate with your healing soul.

    – Samantha Anna, Mom to Zachary

This story began two decades ago…

… when my infant son Jackson died at the age of 3 months. The cause was Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). The book is partially about my journey through grief including many personal and powerful stories. But it’s also got research-backed methods for healing and practical tools and guidance.

It dismantles the grief misbeliefs that keep so many people stuck in a life that’s merely “good enough.”

It’s actionable, relatable, hopeful, and written for grievers who’ve carried and hidden the depth and duration of their pain far too long.

Here’s what one early reader had to say:

It’s beautiful, wonderful, brilliant. I cried and smiled. I learned so much and I thought I knew something about grief. I think people who are anywhere on their grief journey would find this valuable. As Bob Cratchit says to Mrs. Cratchit about her pudding – “It is a triumph my dear. Simply a triumph !” ❤

If you’re supporting someone in grief, this book will give you a window into their world and help you understand things they can’t explain.

Please consider buying and sharing. Thank you for helping this book find the hearts it’s meant to help.
